Christmas light installation in Edmond OK 73013 West Edmond
Litz Holiday Lighting recently completed a residential Christmas light installation in the West Edmond neighborhood of Edmond, OK 73013, located in Oklahoma County. The homeowner envisioned a refined, winter-like display using blue and teal décor. Our locally owned Edmond team handled everything from custom design and installation to in-season support and professional takedown, delivering a polished look that elevates curb appeal and celebrates the season.

The design centered on a serene winter palette, blending crisp blue with cool teal to create an icy glow that feels peaceful and sophisticated. We paired blue along the primary roofline with teal accents on architectural features and nearby greenery, producing depth without overwhelming the façade. The result is a cohesive, modern aesthetic that looks stunning at dusk and dazzling after dark.

Our process began with an on-site walkthrough to map the roofline, peaks, and landscape features. We then custom-cut commercial-grade LED lines to fit the home precisely, installed with non-invasive clips for a clean finish. A dusk-to-dawn timer simplified operation for the homeowner, while our team provided mid-season support as needed. After the holidays, we returned for a careful takedown and labeled storage, making next year even easier.
Winter themed LED lighting for West Edmond homes
We used pro-grade faceted C9 LEDs for a bold, uniform perimeter and paired them with blue and teal mini LEDs to wrap select ornamental trees and shrubs. Pathway stakes guided guests safely to the entry, while subtle window outlines tied the composition together. Every element worked in harmony to deliver the winter-like ambiance the homeowner requested—cool, calm, and unmistakably festive.

The roofline outline defined the architecture, tracing ridges and peaks with crisp, even spacing for a magazine-worthy finish. In the yard, tree wraps and shrub accents added vertical interest and texture, creating layers of light that look great from the street and the front porch. This balance between roofline precision and landscape warmth is key to a show-stopping residential display.
Safety and weather readiness for holiday light connections
Safety and reliability guided every connection. We used outdoor-rated cords, GFCI-protected power, and drip loops to shed moisture. UV-resistant clips protected the roof without penetrating shingles, and all lines were balanced across circuits for efficient LED performance. The installation is built to handle Oklahoma’s winter wind and weather while maintaining a clean, professional appearance all season long.
